The Quilting Angels named this pattern their Charity block because the pieces were cut form all 4 sides then swapped with another block. This makes a very interesting scrappy quilt. This quilt will be given to the Winchester Volunteer Fire Department for their July 25th, 2009 fundraiser |
These blocks started out as a 9-patch pattern. Blocks were sliced and re-arranged to create this pattern. The Quilting Angels call it their sliced 9-patch. This quilt will be given to the Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department for their August 1st 2009 fundraiser. |

This traditional 9-patch pattern was done in stunning flannels. The
Quilting Angels will be donating this small quilt to the Children's
Advocacy Center in Bastrop which also serves Lee County.
